Balance/full payment need to be paid at the time of check-in.

Pets are not allowed.

For security purpose, all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof, (Voter’s ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

Early Departure Fees: Please note that the guest have to confirm the check-out date at the time of check-in. The guest can modify the check-out date and will be charged a 100% retention for the change. If the same is not done at the check-in, early departure fees will be applicable. Not applicable for non-refundable dates.

Personal Bluetooth speakers or any electrical appliances or musical instruments may be used only with prior permission of the management (Loud music is strictly not allowed in or outside the Apartments as it is a residential area).

Outside food is allowed in the villa premises. Please maintain all the areas clean and hygienic at all times.

We provide an Iron and an ironing board, one Induction, kettle & some cooking utensils. Personal electronic items are not permitted to use in room or in the villa.

Kettle provided in the kitchen is only to boil water and cannot be used for any other purpose. Kettle cannot be used to boil milk or for any other purpose. If in case if we find the kettle is used for any other purpose than the cost of the kettle will be debited to your bill.

Rooms will be cleaned daily, even in the absence of the guest between 11:00 am to 4:00pm.

Guest are advised not to keep their belongings unlocked while leaving the room.

Guest are advised not to take towels to the beach.

Laundry service is provided at reasonable rates.

Drying of clothes is permitted on the Clothes Drying Stand provided on the open terrace.

Mini Bar in the room is stocked for your consumption and price list of the items is displayed on the Tent card.

If any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by guest/s or by their friends or associates, the cost and labour charges will have to be borne by the guest.

Pool timings are strictly to be followed, i.e From 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Post that permission needs to be taken from the management.

No lifeguard on duty. Individuals using this facility do so at their own risk.

Individuals should not swim unless physically qualified and have a physicians approval to do so.

It is highly recommended that people under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or depressants do not use the pool. Also children under age of 12 not to use the pool without parental supervision.

No running in the swimming pool area.

Please report any unsafe conditions to the management.

Please note that quiet hours have to be observed between 10:00 pm to7:00 am.
